Q: How do you price engagements?
A: Options include retainer, fixed-fee project, pilot (discounted evidence phase) and outcome-linked models. We propose a commercial structure on the scoping call.
Q: Can QCG execute hands-on fixes or only advise?
A: We do both — advisory and execution. Execution scope is defined in the proposal and includes transfer of controls to client teams.
Q: How do you protect confidentiality?
A: NDAs, role-based access controls and limited evidence indexing. We can operate inside client systems by agreement.
